Conditions of Use

Use of the PK Firearms website constitues agreement to our terms of use. We encourage you to review the following terms and conditions carefully.

Affidavit of Customer

• I am not an unlawful user or addicted to any controlled substances.
• By selling or delivery ammunition to me, PK Firearms is not violating any State or Local Law/Ordinance.
• I have never been and I am not expected to be convicted in any court of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
• I am not under indictment for and have never been convicted in any court of a crime punishable by imprisonment for over one year.
• I am not a fugitive from justice.
• I am currently not subject to a restraining order of any kind.
• I have not been adjuicated as a mental defective and i have not been committed to any mental intitution.
• I am not an illegal or unlawful alien.
• I have never been and I am not expected to be discharged from the Armed Forces under dishonorable conditions.
• I am not currently less than Twenty-One (21) years old.
• I have not renounced my U.S. citizenship.

Prohibited Shipping Addresses

I will not request that PK Firearms ship prohibited packages outside the lower forty-eight (48) states of the United States or to Massachuetts, Chicago, New York City, or any other area that is prohibited by federal, state, or local law. PK Firearms does ship to Illinois, New Jersey, and Connecticut when the proper documentation is provided.

All Firearms Must Be Shipped to a Valid Federal Firearms Delaer (FFL)!

PK Firearms complies with all federal, state, and local laws that restrict the sale and transfer of firearms, magazine feeding devices, ammo, and other prohibited products. The following is a list of restrictions that will include, in some cases policies set forth by PK Firearms.

It is YOUR responsibility to know your local and state laws which may prohibit or restrict your ability to purchase certain products that PK Firearms offers for sale.

Under the Gun Control Act (GCA), shotguns, rifles, and the ammunition for shotguns and rifles may only be sold to individual eighteen (18) years of age or older. All firearms other than shotguns and rifles and all ammunition other than the ammunition for shotguns or rifles may be sold only to individuals twenty-one (21) years of age or older.

Not applicable for California (unless Law Enforcement) or Massachusetts.

PK Firearms does not ship to APO or PO Boxes.

Alaska

No ammunition or primer shipments.

Colorado

No mags over fifteen (15) rounds.

Connecticut

No mags over ten (10) rounds. Certain firearms may be restricted.

Hawaii

No pistol mags over 10 rounds. No ammunition or primer shipments.

Illinois

Cook County (all cities): No guns, no mags.

Maryland

Handguns must be on the Maryland Approved Handgun List. No mags over ten (10) rounds.

New Jersey

No mags over fifteen (15) rounds. Certain semi-auto firearms may be restricted.

Firearms/Ammunition Identification Card: A current, valid, and completely legible New Jersey Firearms/Ammunition Identification Card must accompany ammunition orders for first time orders. Firearms/Ammunition ID card can be submitted by email.

New York

Only shipped to locations approved by state and local law. No mags over ten (10) rounds.

All online ammunition sales must be shipped to a licensed dealer. Internet sales of ammunition are allowed, but the ammunition will have to be shipped to a FFL licensed dealer in New York State for pickup.

Washington, DC

No guns. No mags over ten (10) rounds.

Indemnification and Agreement to Defend

I fully agree that if any of my representations when making purchases under the Terms & Conditions are incorrect or if I fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions, then I will indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release PK Firearms (pkfirearms.com) and its owners, agents, officers, and employees again any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from my purchase from PK Firearms.

I fully agree that by placing my order, I release PK Firearms from any and all liabiity arising from or related to the products I purchased from PK Firearms, including (but not limited to) my or anyone else's use of the product, mo or anyone else's storage of the product, and my or anyone else's handling or transportation of the product, and I agree to indemnify, defend, save harmless, and release PK Firearsm and its owners, agents, officers, and employees against any civil liability or criminal prosecution resulting from the products I purchased from PK Firearms.

Class Action Waiver

You expressly agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, including but not limitied to, litigation, arbitration, and mediation, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. By making this express agreement, you acknowledge and affirm that thi s is a knowing, voluntary, and permanent waiver of any right to bring federal, state, or local claims as any part of, or on behalf of, any class or any other individuals, before a court or other tribunal.

Privacy Statement

What do we do with your information?

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

PK Firearms reserves the right to modify, alter, delete and update these policies at any time we see fit. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a previous version of these conditions.
